KNIT IT WEAR IT is totally committed to bringing you a quality service. All our products are fit for purpose and quality tested.
All our prices include VAT set at 7.6% in Switzerland where our company is registered. KNIT IT WEAR IT is a division of Coast GmbH, a Swiss based concern.
Contract
Once an order has been placed and accepted by us the customer and Coast GmbH are in a legally binding contract which ends upon delivery of the ordered goods.
Privacy Policy
All data supplied to KNIT IT WEAR IT by customers using our website is treated as private and confidential and will not be delivered to any third parties.
Delivery Policy
We deliver worldwide using UPS. Hande made orders are delivered within 10 working days.
Knitting kits are delivered within 7 working days. Shipping costs are CHF 10.00 within Switzerland. Costs vary for all other countries*.
*Please note that shipping costs outside of Switzerland are automatically calculated, by our UPS calculator, with your order and appear during the order process.
Refund/Return Policy
Any goods that you receive from us that you are not entirely happy with may be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving the item.
